iDirect NetModem Series
The NetModem was the first modem series released by iDirect. So many features have been upgraded and added the amount of available memory will determine what firmware version it is capable of sustaining. Much like a PC operates on memory, RAM and processing power so do these satellite modems. Technology advances can have the same effect modems. Every series that is developed by iDirect is backwards integratable.
With the discontinuation of this modem series it can be a little more difficult to find documentation and manuals. You'll find necessary information here and also on our equipment operation manuals and technical support pages.
