Equipment Installation

With satellite service being used in locations lacking fiber infrastructure as well as in remote locations, half of the battle is the installation. There are many elements to a successful installation that we will always recommend you seek a trained installer with proper tools. We highly recommend a site survey is performed prior to the installation of any antenna due to the many considerations such as look angle to the satellite and potential sources for interference.

We work with a wide range of installers available around the world with a range of capabilities depending on the equipment to be installed. We are happy to provide information on installers selected to meet your criteria based on your VSAT plan and location.

Many installers bring with them diverse background to allow for assistance with additional value add such as site maintenance, networking and wifi. Most importantly, don't be afraid to ask questions to ensure an onsite technician has some experience with the installation process as there are times when it is necessary to adjust the antenna elevation or azimuth as well as checking the equipment components.
