Because we don't hire agents to sell services, our value added resellers are very important. With widespread advancements in communication, the world has become a much smaller place. To bridge the gap between agents and resellers, we offer a value added reseller agreement that provides volume discounts and an inside monitoring view to help allow first response to the end client if chosen. By offering discounts, this allows room for a slight markup byresellers who offer added features to the bundled services they sell. These vary from company to company but mainly include LAN support, VoIP services, maintenance or installation.
